Conditions générales de vente

ARTICLE 1: EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES
The equipment and services available for reservation on our website are categorized by type. The photographs and graphic elements presented are for illustration purposes only and have no contractual value.
Rental Stores commit to providing quality equipment in line with the reserved category.

ARTICLE 2: RENTAL RATES
The rental rate is determined based on the selected equipment category, chosen service, rental period, as well as the station and store selected, in accordance with the prices applicable at the time of reservation.
The prices displayed include all taxes (VAT) and are expressed in Euros. Booking fees may be added to the rental rate, also expressed in Euros including VAT.
The rates displayed on the website are for online reservations only and may differ from those applied in the store.
Any rental made directly in the store, without prior reservation on the website, will be charged according to the prices in effect in that store.
The offers available on this website cannot be combined with other promotions outside of it. Payment of the amounts due upon reservation can be made:
Either by credit card via a secure transmission system (only cards displaying the CB, Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue, e-Carte Bleue logos, issued in France or by international networks approved by GIE cartes Bancaires, are accepted).

ARTICLE 3: RENTED MATERIAL
The rented equipment must be collected from the Rental Store where the reservation was made and confirmed by email.
The equipment is handed over to the person who made the reservation, who assumes full responsibility for it, upon presentation of the confirmation email.
The equipment can be collected the day before the first rental day, starting at the time indicated by the Rental Store on the website and in the reservation, subject to availability.
The Rental Store will provide the customer with a rental voucher specifying the rented equipment, pickup date, and scheduled return date. This voucher must be signed by the customer when the equipment is picked up.
To collect the equipment, the customer may need to present an ID to verify their identity.
The Rental Store may also require a deposit, which can be made by a credit card imprint, to cover the risks of damage, theft, loss, or breakage of the rented equipment. The amount and terms of this deposit are set by the Rental Store and will be refunded to the customer upon return of the equipment if no anomalies are found, as specified in Article 7 below.
Any delay in collecting the reserved equipment must be reported to the Rental Store.
Failure to collect the equipment will not entitle the customer to any refund.
If the customer wishes to collect the equipment late due to a case of force majeure, justified by the customer, the store will do its best to accommodate the request. It is specified that the Rental Store cannot be held responsible for the unavailability (force majeure refers to any unforeseeable event beyond the control of the parties, as defined by case law).

ARTICLE 4: AVAILABILITY
The rented equipment will be available for the agreed period at the Rental Store. The rental will therefore end automatically on the dates and times indicated on the rental voucher.
The Company cannot be held responsible for any default or delay in availability by the Rental Store.
The Rental Stores are not responsible for delays in the availability of rented equipment due to reasons beyond their control or in cases of force majeure. In these situations, the Rental Store will do its best, based on available stock, to provide equipment of equal or superior quality to the reserved items, at no additional cost.
Any claims regarding the rented equipment must be addressed directly to the Rental Store, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, no later than three business days after the rental period ends.

ARTICLE 5: CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION

Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has a right of withdrawal, allowing them to cancel the equipment rental within 7 calendar days from receiving the reservation confirmation email, provided they send their withdrawal request. Beyond this period, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation After Equipment Pickup
Once the equipment is picked up in the store, cancellation is no longer possible. The Customer will not be entitled to any refund of the amounts paid during the reservation.

ARTICLE 6: DURATION
The rental duration is defined for the period indicated on the reservation.
A rental day starts at 09:00 and ends at 18:00.
This duration cannot be modified without prior agreement from the Rental Store.

ARTICLE 7: USE / RESPONSIBILITY / RETURN
All adjustments to the rented equipment must be made exclusively by the Rental Store.

The Customer is fully responsible for the equipment as soon as it is taken into possession and until its full return.
The equipment is considered to be in good condition and fit for normal use and must be returned in this condition.
Any remarks regarding the condition of the equipment must be reported to the Rental Store upon pickup; a note will be added to the rental voucher. Without this, no claims will be accepted afterward.
At the end of the rental period indicated on the voucher, in case of failure to return the equipment on the agreed dates and times, the Customer will remain responsible for the equipment in their possession until its actual return.
Late penalties may be applied by the Rental Store.
The rented equipment must be returned at the end of the agreed day or the following day before 10:00 AM. Any delay beyond 10:00 AM the following day may result in a rental charge for each day of delay, according to the rate displayed in the store.
Loss, theft, or damage can be covered directly in the store for sliding equipment, but not for bike rentals.
Failure to return the equipment may result in a recovery procedure, the costs of which will be charged to the Customer. The Rental Store will invoice the equipment at its market value including VAT, minus depreciation.
If a deposit was required by the Rental Store, this billing will be done, including the retention of this deposit.
The Customer remains responsible for any damage to the rented equipment, except for normal wear or hidden defects. They are required to pay for repair or replacement costs in case of damage, up to the maximum value of replacement with a new item, in addition to the rental price. These costs must be paid upon return of the equipment, possibly deducted from the deposit. All repairs will be carried out exclusively by the Rental Store.

ARTICLE 8: PERSONAL DATA
Your stores, as data controllers, use personal information for several purposes, including: handling inquiries, orders, deliveries, and billing; implementing the loyalty program; managing customer accounts; processing after-sales service and complaints; organizing contests and promotional activities; preventing fraud, and more generally managing the relationship with website users, including commercial, marketing, and communication activities.

Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without authorization is prohibited and constitutes an infringement under the Intellectual Property Code.

ARTICLE 10: SEVERABILITY OF CLAUSES
